St. Kentigern’s Academy, Blackburn, will be celebrating its 40th anniversary next year, and is looking for photos, stories, memories, videos, books, trophies, newsletters, certificates and information from former pupils and ex-staff.

Although there was a small intake of pupils in 1973, the school was not completed and officially opened until September 1974.

All information will be collated and will be on display from March, when the main hall will be transformed into a St. Kent’s timeline.
