SUSAN Boyle has found world wide fame since her fateful appearance on Britain’s Got Talent all those years ago, and it looks as though her family want in on some of the action.
The superstar’s siblings have got together to make their first album, which is set to be released and have even said that they are aiming to become the next Osmonds.
The record – which features Susan’s brothers Gerry, 58, and John, 62, her sister Mary Brady, 74, and niece Sharon Boyle – is a charity record in memory of their brother James who passed away in May this year.
The family wanted their famous sister to appear on the track, which is called Yule Terrace, after the street they grew up on, but her management are said to have disapproved.
Brother Gerry revealed how the family had been inundated with requests from American fans of Subo to release their own material.
“We started talking as a family about recording something in tribute to our dear brother James after he passed away,” he said.
“It was just going to be a small thing with not much fanfare.
“But after the musical on Susan’s life went on tour with Elaine C Smith in the starring role her fans were made aware that other members of the Boyle family were singers.”
He added: “Some of us have performed for many years on stage either as individuals or as part of a choir.
“We started getting loads of message from fans in America saying they would love to hear an album from us so we thought we would give it a go.”
